Credit purchased ($50 for $1,100) may be applied towards the Platinum or Gold LASIK package. Gold LASIK package retails for $4,590 and will cost $3,490 once discount is applied. Platinum LASIK package retails for $5,390 and will cost $4,290 once discount is applied. Limit 1 per person, may buy 1 additional as gift(s).
